Our Standard GPS Monitoring System is a convenient, wearable, one-piece unit, which can be configured in the software for passive or active (historic or real-time) GPS location tracking and monitoring. GPS technology is especially well suited for situations, in which the monitored person is required to stay away from certain locations or for circumstances wherein the participant's location must be tracked and monitored at all times.
Each monitored participant is assigned a very secure and highly tamper resistent GPS tracking ankle-bracelet. The bracelet then tracks the location of the participant in real-time. The bracelet stores and processes the tracking data. The bracelet also communicates directly with the monitoring center in order to report locations and/or violations. Alerts are pre-set to an individual's schedule and zone restrictions.
At the participant's home, the bracelet can be paired with an RF (Radio Frequency) Beacon, which acknowledges the participant's presence upon their arrival and allows for further verification of more restrictive parameters and boundaries required in a truly effective and highly regulated home confinement and/or curfew monitoring regimine. |

This system is available in both a traditional, landline dependent model, or we also offer a fully supported and equally secure cellular version as well.
This low cost monitoring platform can be seamlessly integrated, with our Biometric Voice Verification Presence Monitoring System, which then in turn, expands presence monitoring coverages to other various locations, outside the client’s residence. This can include numerous other locations such as; work, school, etc.
This combination of RF and Voice Verification is an ideal choice for the most cost effective, yet extremely comprehensive and very thorough, around-the-clock, presence verification monitoring. Our Biometric Voice Verification, Presence Monitoring System, is a very comprehensive milti-lingual, bio-technical platform, which does not require any hardware installation, (no ankle-bracelets etc.). This provides a simple means for passive and/or on-demand monitoring, whether in the home, workplace and/or other pre-set locations.
This system is designed so it can integrate seamlessly with any of our RF Curfew, GPS or Breath-Alcohol Monitoring Systems for a much closer and comprehensive, around-the-clock, presence monitoring regimen at one or several various locations.
Our Voice Verification System uses the most advanced technology available, which ensures high security and reliability. Our Voice Authentication engine is based upon an "acoustic recognition" principle. Each participant's recorded/digitized voice samples create indivually unique voice signatures. The system is designed to deliver extremely reliable results, even when background noise or line-quality would interfere with other tests. Voice signatures are encrypted for added security. Our competitavely priced In-Home Alcohol Monitoring System is a highly effective, and extremely accurate, electro-chemical, Breath-Alcohol Testing Unit, with automatic facial recognition built in. The participant can be tested several times per day at random intervals, within pre-set time frames, or on-demand. Each test session takes no longer than a minute and the system supports a virtually unlimited number of tests for each participant.
Test results are downloaded to our 24x7 monitoring center instantaneously. All positive alcohol results automatically prompt re-tests. Since all test results are known immediately, all failed alcohol tests results can be followed-up on right away.
This system is available in a traditional, landline dependent model or we also offer a fully supported and equally secure cellular version as well.

This allows remote, reliable breath-alcohol monitoring along with a comprehensive home detention schedule all within one, seamlessly coordinated platform.
Every one of our breath-alcohol monitors employs the very same, well known, time tested, evidentiary level, court recognized, and reliable electro-chemical fuel-cell breath-alcohol technology. This is the very same alcohol testing methodology, currently used by many of the most well respected and renouned law-enforcement agencies from around the world.

Our Mobile Radio Frequency (RF) Group Presence Monitoring Unit enables safer outings from secure facilities. This system allows fewer oversite personnel to effectively supervize groups of participants while enhancing both staff and participant safety.
The portable monitoring unit is wireless and easy to use. It is capable of storing data on as many as 200 participants within the unit's non-volatile flash memory. Participants can be selected in any composition of smaller groups for actual monitoring as needed.
If any participant(s) attempt to tamper with or remove their bracelet(s), or if one or more participant(s) move beyond the designated monitoring range, an audible alarm sounds on the monitoring unit. The LCD screen displays the name(s) of the offending participant(s) along with the nature of the event triggering the alarm.

A Flexible Approach to Our Client's Needs:
Sunset Monitoring Services recognizes that whether our clients are; private individuals, a governmental agency, a treatment program provider or private company. Each client has unique situational needs and requirements. For that reason, Sunset Monitoring Services offers a completely customizable array of electronic monitoring service packages, including the amount and type of service and the manner in which billing is handled in relation to any given client. Our various service options and brief descriptions of each are listed below:
Level 1 - Equipment Supply Option (Qualified institutional clients only)
Sunset Monitoring Services provides all of the required equipment (and training if necessary) along with access to the necessary monitoring software. We provide 24x7 Telephonic Technical Support. Your agency is responsible for all equipment installs and removals, software input, preliminary equipment troubleshooting and inventory management. Your agency is responsible to pay Sunset Monitoring services a VERY LOW, WHOLESALE, EQUIPMENT ONLY FEE, which then, your agency is free to mark-up as you see fit when you bill and collect your fees from your clients.
Level 2 - Basic Service Option (Qualified institutional clients only)
Sunset Monitoring Services provides all of the required equipment (and training if necessary). We also conduct complete 24x7 client monitoring services and event reporting. Sunset Monitoring Services handles all software input, zone creation, scheduling, etc. all of which is based on your agency staff's specifications. Your agency is responsible for; equipment installs, removals, preliminary equipment troubleshooting, and inventory management. Under this option, your agency may at your election, be billed a WHOLESALE EQUIPMENT and MONITORING SERVICE FEE, which you can then mark-up and bill to and collect from your clients, or optionally, Sunset Monitoring Services will bill and collect from your client, OUR LOW RETAIL PRICE. Your agency will then receive from us, a negotiated portion of that fee.
Level 3 - Full Service Option (Available to private individuals or Qualified institutional clients)
Sunset Monitoring Services provides all of the required equipment, conducts complete 24x7 monitoring and event reporting. Sunset Monitoring Services handles all software input, zone creation, scheduling, etc. all of which is based on the referring agency or court's specifications. Additionally Sunset Monitoring Services will deliver the equipment directly to the monitored individual's home or other location, we handle all equipment installs, initializations, shut-downs and removals. Sunset Monitoring Services will arrange for the return of any and all equipment to us, we provide all equipment troubleshooting, and full inventory management. Sunset Monitoring Services will bill and collect all fees directly from the client, at OUR LOW RETAIL PRICE. The referring agency may then receive from us, a negotiated portion of that fee, or alternatively, the client may receive that portion of the fee back from us, in the form of a discount to their billed price.
