Details:
Our Radio Frequency (RF) electronic curfew monitoring system, utilizes state-of-the-art technology as a reliable and effective curfew compliance tool, at a very affordable price. The RF Curfew Monitoring System was conceived and designed specifically for offender monitoring and is well proven to be versatile, trust-worthy and simple to use.
Offenders are fitted with a rugged tamper-resistant, waterproof and hypoallergenic, ankle-bracelet and assigned a corresponding base unit. The base unit is placed inside the offender’s residence. The base unit provides a detailed log of all the comings and goings of the offender, into or out of their residence, as well as any tamper events, and phone line or power failures. The base unit has a 48hr back-up battery, in case of power failure.
Within just a few minutes of any occurrence, our remote monitoring facility notifies the Sunset Monitoring Services staff member responsible for each particular offender of any unauthorized events, including all curfew and bracelet tampering violations. That staff member will then, in turn, verify the event and if necessary, make the appropriate notifications by the preferred method(s) of the referring/responsible agent (e-mail, text message and/or telephone call).
The offender’s base unit calls our remote monitoring facility through an attached landline or built-in cellular telephone connection, on regular intervals, or whenever a violation has been detected. All log information is stored, for up to 90 days and may be accessed at will, by anyone with a legally approved need to know, by contacting Sunset Monitoring Services.

Our RF Curfew Monitoring System is a comprehensive monitoring tool by itself, which ensures presence verification or "home-detention" type monitoring needs are accounted for and securely performed. This system can however, be enhanced even further, when integrated with our Voice Recognition Presence Verification System. Once integrated, these systems extend our comprehensive presence monitoring, to locations beyond the monitored person's home to locations such as; school, work or nearly anywhere else. | |
