Details:
The Voice Recognition Presence Verification System uses the most advanced technology available, resulting in operational simplicity while offering high security and reliability. The voice authentication engine we use, is based on an “acoustic recognition” principle. The recorded voice samples, create individually unique voice signatures. The system is designed to deliver reliable results even when background noise or line-quality interferes with the test. Voice signatures are encrypted for added security.
The verification engine behind this Voice Recognition module, was originally designed for demanding civil defense, intelligence and security functions. Currently the same system is utilized by leading telecommunications and financial institutions.
Language Independent System; Multi-lingual User Interface:
The Voice Recognition System we use, supports all languages, local accents and dialects, including native and non-native speakers. Individual voice signatures, created during the enrollment process, are based on distinct speech characteristics, which are identifiable regardless of the languages or accents, and enable significantly improved performance in multi-dialect environments.
The Voice Recognition System we use, offers a multi-lingual user interface, both for the monitoring center personnel (multi-lingual application) and for our clients (multi-lingual voice prompts).
Automatic, Simple Monitoring Process:
The voice verification monitoring process starts with a quick and simple enrollment, which can be performed from any phone. Following enrollment, the voice verification tests are initiated automatically or manually, randomly or based on a predefined schedule as required by the program operator. The system stores the test results and enables the monitoring center operator to view and print out a detailed report of the voice verification history of each client. Schedule modifications can be performed remotely anytime, with or without advanced notice.
Tests are prompted:
~ Automatically, in accordance with offender’s pre-defined schedule, randomly or at set times;
~ By the monitoring center as part of a random checking process within the predefined daily testing hours;
~ Through incoming calls to the monitoring center by the offender, following a restrictive schedule;
~ On-demand, with or without advanced notice, whenever the court, or the probation/parole officer desires;
~ By alerts generated through other optionally integrated monitoring or tracking systems.

Our RF Curfew Monitoring System is a comprehensive monitoring tool by itself, which ensures presence verification or "home-detention" type monitoring needs are accounted for and securely performed. This system can however, be enhanced even further, when integrated with our Voice Recognition Presence Verification System. Once integrated, these systems extend our comprehensive presence monitoring, to locations beyond the monitored person's home, to locations such as; work, school or nearly anywhere else. | |
